having trouble TF3

I uploaded the batman theme it took a few tries to add it in the drop appearance in the select a theme. I dont like it because on landscape mode what ever is in background like message and you try to click on web it goes to message so i uninstalled it. Now im trying to add the superman and i having trouble adding it in the drop down it wont stay in there so i can apply can you help.
