Here ya go king. I dont have a QVGA device to test this on, so I'm not sure how the arrows worked out. The image you provided was a bit difficult do to its dimensions. I also attached the modified registry entry to make the text read 007 instead of slide to unlock. Please post some screenies so I can see how it works.
