sounds like the program is running so go to your task manager and close all instances of the app before trying to run it... and also if it is a patch you will double click on it cracks you drag over and overwrite.

when i tried it on my vista i fist went to my task manager and closed the program and it still said..

actually u know what i down load this to my vista after i had installed it on my wifes lab top and well as i recall it worked great for her but for me well once i down load it to my vista and extracted the files i only get the exe. but not the patch decoder i get a trogan!!?????

its a clean file bro and the reason for that is becasue you are prolly running different antiviruses..... some are built better than others and give less false positives.

ok so yeah it was my anti virus!!
i simply unblock and turned off my anti virus and well i got it to work thanks dash for the heads up!! i guess i can now confirm that this app works and that my anti virus works really well lol!!! sorry for making a big deal out of this post you guys!!! thank you so much!!
