Im having a little trouble playing movies on my Moto q9c it plays but its plyback picture is slow, what do i need to install to make the movies I watch normal?

have you tried TCPMP or Core player?

no what is that and will that enhance the way i see movies? If so how do i get it?

use the search feature and you will find... the reason it wont play in wmp is because it doesnt recognize the file type...
