I am about to get ready to install net compact framework 3.5 on my mogul. I found a .cab file for it. Once I install this, is this un installable? Do I need to unlock my phone first? Thanks!

Just install it. No need to unlock and you wont need to uninstall it anyways.

yes its uninstallable if ur using cab... no u dont have to unlock...
