This only works if you are using Manila 2. If you are using the regular Manila, then go here for instructions. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=408918

1. Unload TouchFlo 3D
2. go here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3472140&postcount=4[FONT=Consolas][SIZE=3][COLOR=#800080] and follow instructions to remove cached database and put new one in windows directory.
3. Get this database editor
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=480101&page=9
4. Just pick State, Add your city and zip code and everything should work.

Correct me if I'm posting this incorrectly.
I'm running a touch pro, with a Juicy7 rom and I wanted to have a custom weather data base. This post over at xda developers helped me A LOT.

of course I take no credit for anything except finding it and posting it here.

o.k but the link and my reply are about the above weather database cab. I only commented about Juicy7 due whats cooked into it. Other people running like roms may be having the same problems and the above (again) link could help them. Is that cool or should it still (really) be in the Juicy area?

How about you post it in the juicy7 thread as well someone will find that link useful.
