hey guys new sprint mogul user here

I'm new here, I just got a HTC Mogul that I'm trying to modify to enable the use of touchflo and a sweet iphone interface like the one I saw in the youtube video that led me to this site.

I'm pretty new to ppcs but I'm doing what I can to learn what I can by searching the forums.

I'm using vista on my computer and have had trouble getting the machine to recognize the mogul through a usb connection... I have checked all the settings on the phone and still can't find the issue so my next thought is that the cable may be bad.

Also, I was reading one of the noob threads about flashing rom and when I clicked the links that were supposed to show how to flash custom rom I was brought to a page telling me I needed to be a member of a group to access this information, how do I do that?
