cant get the site to stay white and red

My page theme keeps going back to the dark (black) theme. I want it to stay on the white and red them but when I click a link it goes back. Please help.

the default skin is the red and white.You have to go to your usercontrol panel and change to to what ever skin...

I was just trying to change it from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page. Did it from the userCP and it stayed. woohoo.
