I installed unlocker from

reason was to change my ROM because I have it in Swedish Language and I wanted it in English....after clicking the unlocker file it asked me something in my mobile screen I could not understand because it was in Swedish I clicked yes and after it mobile went off and now it is not turning on please help me guys....
