What's QMAIL3
QMAIL3 is a mail client which runs on Windows and Windows CE families. It has features:
Supports POP3, SMTP, IMAP4, NNTP, RSS, Atom
Supports several authentication mechanism, such as APOP, SMTP
Supports SSL, STARTTLS
Supports S/MIME
Supports PGP/GnuPG (Windows version only)
Supports HTML viewing
Rules, colors and filters using macros.
Viewing and edithing messages using templates
Full text search using namazu or Hyper Estraier (Windows version only)
Spam filter (Windows version only)
Customizable menus, keyboard shotcuts and toolbars
New features:
Added a feature to request password on launch.
Added @SaveAttachment.

· Add German resource.
Changes:
· Changed not to treat messages whose To contains only my address as a sent message even if 'Treat messages from my address as sent' was checked to improve the accuracy of the SPAM filter.
· Made @Identity, @SubAccount, @I work in background.
· Restores sort conditions at the address book.
· Replaces all appearances of $index, $msg, $encoding, $condition in the search condition.
· Allowed that more IDs appear in References.
· Updated OpenSSL to 0.9.8j.
Bug fixes:
· Fixed PLAIN method of SMTP authentication failed.
· Fixed it made its width 1px when the width attribute of edit element was set to auto in header.xml.
· Fixed backspace might not work on Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard
· Fixed dialogs were positioned improperly in a multi-monitor environment.
· Fixed the name of a subaccount whose name contains '.' was wrong.
· Fixed scrolling didn't work well at the list view when it contains more than 65535 messages.
