i think that would be really cool!!
it would benefit this web site alot!!
it would bring more members in and it would help bring money to the site also!!
if i were to have an Wckediden t-shirt i would really want it to have the webpage of course and the logo of htc with a little cartoon of some of the old sig's that D/\SH and other members and staffs had like the one with an htc touch with a lifesaver kicking an ipods ass lol!!! what do you guys think???

you cant get too crazy with them and we have tried this before... i made a small order of them tin return for modding someones phone.... i got the green of course and than some grays for the other staff at the time... i made a thread about this and we just couldnt get anyone that wanted to buy them.... i guess if you want under the Wckediden news section you could make a thread for people to design a t-shirt and if that goes good we will go about getting them made.... so basically have people whip up mock up t-shirts and than the staff will dwindle down to 5 or so and have the members vote on the design that we are going to use.

Yes this has been discussed between staff a few months back, not sure where we still stand on it but im sure PB or Dash will chime in on this thread and give us an update. The last thing I remember we discussed was possible vendors to do the shirts for us...so if anyone knows a great vendor with great deals let us know. :)

well it justs make sence, if only 5 people order than we order 5 shirts or if 50 people order we order 50. and so on. and i say we come up with one price 10 bucks and of course the more the shirts we order the cheaper we can get them so with the one price we may get xtras

i would just like to give you guys some feed back. first off i'd def buy a shirt. 2nd all these members but people don't know about this idea. i would like a shirt and i'm on here usually a couple times a day and this is the first time i've looked at this thread. i've seen it, i've even said "i'll have to look into that tshirt thread." but this is the first time i actually read the post. i've been coming on here almost everyday for months but i'm still figuring out how to get around on the site and i'm sure i've only tapped into maybe 20% of it. i look in certain areas for certain stuff. my suggestion would be to put a picture of a shirt (even if it's not a shirt you're actually selling) on every page, like the "pocket pcsource site" label in the top left. or the donation star and the twitter bird, that elboriyorker was so kind to move after the smallest uproar from a few members. if people see the shirt they will be more interested than if they have to stumble across the thread. that's just the one cent i have to offer.

OK got my vote for the shirt .... do we have designs for it or do we need to get creative ????


as we have been fighting for already in this thread we need designs.... i dont have the skill in photoshop to make one that looks good and many people say that have idfeas and never post up what they look like so went nowhere. so if we wanna get this started start posting up designs in this thread and i or the staff will update to the first post and than hold a vote for which one/s get used.

you know you can right click on the image and than go to open with and choose a new default so they dont open up with photoshop and can have it open with paint or whatever you use.

#1 is great for a white shirt, #2 is great for a black shirt, and #3 is great for a white shirt. All in all, looks great :) I think it's just a matter of preference whether you put Wckediden or show what it stands for Wckediden. The nice thing about #3 is it does represent more and covers more shirt, which might be the direction you want to go in. Obviously, if you are doing it with a black shirt, you're going to have to reverse the lettering from inside black to inside white, so you don't lose the word itself. Again, very nice Ronald and thanks for all the time you have been able to put in.

well it depends on graphics colors and everything... but we wil need more designs to vote off of so we are sure we get the ones that are liked the most....

I'm with ya, but I was thinking for those 30 or so + a few extras, that would like something now and use Ronalds design then we can see what type of costs are involved and get something out, because at the moment the process is going to take years beore it happens :D lol I was curious, because I could put a few numbers together and see if it was worth while, but if we have 30+ or so, then that might work. Obviously, we don't want to order a 100 and be stuck with a bunch, but we have a pretty decent size of people that would go with what we have. We can then get some pics of each of us showing/wearing the shirts/designs and post them here. From that point, maybe we can get start taking orders on those and still wait on more designs to come into play. I just want to get the ball rolling, so I feel we are moving forward. For some reason I could not get it to be bigger, but if you open it in PS you would be able to increase the size of the of the whole thing by increasing the zooming percentage ... and most of the people I have seen here are within the Wckediden and you had to be there since you were the once that started the snowball!
