[ ISSUE SOLVED ] vista theme problems

i desided to change my theme on my lappy and when i changed it i just put it on this theme that was on my laptop i think i intsall this theme on my laptop a while back but dont remember when and i dont think i properly install on the lappy right and when i did my laptop seem to slow down and when i go back to change the theme the personolize theme wont load up and i have no idea what to do is there any other way of changing the theme nothing is loading right like all the skins for everypage is gone please and thank you.
