I need help viewing software

I can't even look to find a thread like this because when I try going to a different forum it says I don't have permission, like I can only go to the skins forum and this forum, so can anyone help me on how to get permission and view freeware and get all the cool apps

hi welcome you have to join members software group click information support join group yeah before you can download you need to do this whait for approval by admin and like stated when you registerd you have to make intro here so whe staff can help you on your way oke read the rulez the noobguide and the rulez and dont pm admins or moderators
