Windows Mobile 6.5 Build 23081 (from XDA) has a few small elemental changes. The scrolls bars are a bit smoother, the check boxes look much nicer, the button style has been changed, and the contacts application has been further revised. Also a bit different is the button in calendar the jumps to today, plus the time stamping on in the SMS application.
