The Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra dont support Wireless PowerShare due to a new rear sensor design.
That means you cant wirelessly charge these watches via your smartphone.
Samsung adds that the watches will also charge slowly via other wireless charging pads.

Many recent Samsung smartwatches (https://www.androidauthority.com/best-smartwatches-706178/) have supported wireless charging via smartphones, branded as Wireless PowerShare by Samsung. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra (https://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-galaxy-watch-7-3389348/) have now ditched this feature.

Twitter user Jordy Verboeven (https://x.com/JordyV27/status/1811338879900770361) spotted an official support page (https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/about-the-galaxy-watch7-series-wireless-charging-and-wireless-power-sharing-features/) (h/t: SamMobile (https://www.sammobile.com/news/galaxy-watch-7-ultra-say-goodbye-to-wireless-powershare/)) confirming that Samsungs latest watches dont support wireless charging via a smartphone. The company cited a new rear sensor design that changed the shape of the back glass on these watches.
