Chromes Safety Check will now proactively protect you by revoking old permissions, flagging abusive notifications, and alerting you to security issues.
You can now unsubscribe from annoying website notifications with a single tap on Pixel phones.
One-time permissions allow you to grant websites temporary access to your camera, microphone, or location.

Google is rolling out a suite of updates to its Chrome (https://www.androidauthority.com/chrome-android-tips-tricks-1055363/) browser that aim to enhance user security and privacy online. The updates (https://blog.google/products/chrome/google-chrome-safety-update-september-2024/), which accompany the latest version of Chrome, include a proactive Safety Check, streamlined notification management, and one-time website permissions.
