Metro by T-Mobile stores are reportedly under pressure to slam customers by adding unwanted features to their accounts.
These stores are pressured to sell accessories like cases, chargers, and insurance to meet sales targets.
T-Mobile faced similar allegations in July, with reports of deceptive sales practices in their main stores as well.

T-Mobile (https://www.androidauthority.com/best-t-mobile-plans-786372/) is once again facing accusations of shady sales tactics, which are now spilling over into its Metro by T-Mobile stores. Back in July (https://www.androidauthority.com/t-mobile-sales-tactics-employee-interview-3460125/), PhoneArena interviewed an anonymous T-Mobile expert who claimed that unrealistic employee metrics were driving some reps to add lines and features to customer accounts without their consent. A Reddit user even reported being forced to buy a bundle of accessories just to purchase an iPhone.

T-Mobile was quick to issue a statement denying these claims, but now, just six months later, PhoneArena (https://www.phonearena.com/news/metro-stores-play-the-same-slamming-games-as-t-mobile_id165673) has uncovered evidence suggesting the problem is even more widespread than initially thought.
