Needs no nulling, just change any email form-field "from" and "to" values within the pages, to suite your site needs.
Also, when using any "gift" scripts, remember not to click links from within the pages that go to the author's site (as they'll see it in their log files as a referrer) - you should change these links (e.g. that go to the support area at author's site) to your own preference before using any scripts live.
