i think you just RIP the game with alcohol or daemon tools as an ISO and burn it to DVD

With a Modded xBox, yes you can do that...
not necessarily, usually you can use dvd decrypter but i have ran across a few that dont work. so then you need craxton 4, and you have to network your xbox with your pc, use the xbox to read the game and rip to the computer. if you have any questions feel free to ask me. i have sucessfully modded 3 xbox's. i have a 160 gig HD in mine. i can rip a rented game right to the HD in my xbox
