DJ Clue and a lengthy list of guests will show off their professionalism on the
Queens, New York artist's forthcoming album.
Def Jam will release the DJ's The Professional, Part 3 on Dec. 19. The album is
being introduced by lead single "Like This," which was co-written and produced
by Kanye West and features recent Def Jam signing Fabolous.
Clue produced six tracks on the disc, including "I Really Wanna Know You"
(featuring Jagged Edge and Fabolous), "Liberty Bell" (featuring Beanie Sigel and
Cassidy), the two-part "A Week Ago" (featuring The Game and Mario Winans) and
"The Gold" (featuring Mobb Deep).
Other guests include Snoop Dogg ("Almost ****ed"), Young Jeezy and Juelz Santana
("**** Off"), Jadakiss (Swizz Beatz-produced "Ugly"), Houston rappers Mike Jones
and Paul Wall ("Grill & Woman"), Fat Joe and Remy Ma ("You Don't Really Wanna")
and M.O.P. ("Giantz of NYC").
Clue, who also oversees the Desert Storm label that introduced the world to
Fabolous, released his major label debut, The Professional, in 1997. The
Professional, Part 2 followed in 2001.
