This is the simplest, and bloat-free stock rom you will ever get.This is from ruu v.2.08.651.2 with the ota files that was sent for the privacy fix.I did not do much to it, but kept it simple.If any dev's wishes to use this as base, you're more then welcome to do so.
As any rom you flash you must do a nandroid backup, then use virus "super wipe utility" Once you have follow all the above then flash the rom.
