it sucks, i dont get to experience the turkey day holiday for the past 4 years straight... been stuck from leaving at 2 in the afternoon and not getting back to midnight.... hope you guys all enjoy it hopefully we will have actually turkey at work

well, for the first time in 37 years i do NOT have to drive to anyones house or have a fam at my house. I'm spending the day catching up on school work, sleeping in, pimping my phone, having carnal knowledge of my wife, drinking, kicking the dog, and not in that order.

yea but 4 times in a row not being able to do celebrate with family, have turkey that isnt or wasnt regrigerated, spend time with family etc... sucks being at work from 2-12 like that.... owell its all good, guess i can look forward to leftovers though :smile:

You know leftovers are better anyway but spending time with the family is something that is special. They should come to you at work that is just what I think, cause I would do something like that.

naw that isnt allowed with the bringing of food and stuff into the hospital.... they dont allow it since the patients are on strict diets that they dont want people breaking.... even though i am security we can get fired for taking advantage of rules like that otherwise i feel that they would...

haha i run the cameras and can move them right from my office to make it work for me.... but working with this one girl that we dont trust too much since shes shady and wants to get off of resource and into part time or full time so she can get the benefits.

i can remember working one thanksgiving and my partner and i got a run to a home for an assault..we got there and these people were in there 60's...she was making thanksgiving dinner and he came down to test the turkey and she told him not to but he did anyway, she smacked him upside the head....the sad thing is they had family coming over...this was before the domestic violence laws..we told him to stay out of the turkey and to listen to his wife.......
