I'm beginning work on WM6 & have started expanding on Helmi's excellent work.

This rom has my first round of changes, but has much much more left to do obviously as we are just starting to refine crossbow for apache.

Key changes thus far:

Removed "trial" purchased software that required licenses: Deepfish, Resco File Explorer, Resco Registry, Resco Update & Yahoo Go 2.0
Added free applications: Total Commander (great free file explorer/manager), PHM Registry Editor and a Soft Reset application.
Brought Voice dialing back, integrated free voice dialing into rom. (Haven't changed button functionality for it yet, available through programs menu for now & fully functional.

This version is intended for Verizon users.

Normal instructions:

1) Backup anything on your phone you will want to keep/reuse like contacts.
2) Download and unrar the file. You'll need winrar.
3) Put your phone in bootloader mode by holding down the 2 buttons in the top left corner of your phone while putting the stylus in the reset hole.
4) Plug your phone into your computer via USB. (This is intended for Windows XP, search the forum for help on flashing using vista.)
5) Run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe.
6) When finished running, unplug usb cable, then do a soft reset by putting the stylus in the hole.
7) When it starts booting up, do a hard reset by holding down the 2 soft keys (send/end) while putting the stylus in the hole.
Let it reboot, align screen, etc, but when it gets to customizations quickly soft reset. Do not let the customizations run.

Dial *22899 to update your phone.

Soft reset using the application in the Programs menu.
