mVNC allows you to map the screen and keyboard of your mobile phone on a PC via Bluetooth connection. Having the tiny phone screen magnified on the PC - or even with a beamer - makes mVNC an ideal presentation tool for sales, support or training.
The new mVNC runs also on the latest Series 60 (3rd Edition) phones under Symbian OS v9.1 and higher. We are very glad to present with this the first software from infowing complying the Symbian Signed certification.

Existing mVNC users (also with older S60 or UIQ2 devices) profit form the new mVNC also, since latest highly compressing data transfer protocols are added. You can still use your existing serial number - therefore the upgrade is free of charge.
mVNC Free Edition is a demo VNC server for Symbian phones, mapping screen, keyboard and pointing device of the phone on a PC via a Bluetooth connection. The phone is thus almost completely controllable from the PC. mVNC also offers automated file transfer ("synchronization") between a directory on the phone and a directory on the PC.

mVNC Free Edition also consists of a proxy running on the PC. The proxy is available for Windows and Linux. Together with this proxy, mVNC acts like any other VNC server: A VNC client can connect to it locally or remotely to control the phone.

mVNC Free Edition limits connection time to five minutes and file transfer size to 4 KB.
mVNC Free Edition must be activated before first use via SMS. Your expenses are limited to the cost of sending a simple SMS to Switzerland.
