custom text message sounds
 

is their a program for custom setting incoming im's test or mms sounds.instead of just a beep?If not can it be done through registry editing? If so does anyone know reg keys to alter?

been discussed before but i tried to perform a search and didnt find where so this is how it is done. what you do is drop the short tone into the windows folder. the reason i say short tone is because it plays the whole thing and there is no way of stopping it. once you drop it into the windows folder look under sounds and notifications and it will be there for you.

ya i searched.lol.i am assuming wav form? or does it not matter?

yessir they have to be in wav form. if you cant find what you are looking for under the ringtones sections you can make a request in the correct areas... random tones if im not mistaking is what it is called and i willl get it done for you.
