Problem with PIE plus

It runs perfect, but whenever I turn off my phone or soft reset and then open up PIE, it's not there. Is there a setting I have to change so it will automatically run when I open PIE?

no there isnt. i just use the stock internet explorer icons in the start menu or through a shortcut on the home plugin and it opens and works fine each time. if this continues try to do a soft reset unintall soft reset than reinstall and you will be golden. tell me how this works for you.
