phone not booting.
 

Well i think i bricked my phone. i did a restore with sprite.after restore finished.It started and visually didn't look right.screen wasn't responding to tap.so i soft reset.now when it starts it show sprint says speed of light.then just stays black.activesync doesn't see it as well.so i could restore a sprint roam.any ideas or tricks to try.before i call sprint insurance.:(

umm try restoring to your old rom i personally dont use the sprite backup because i just have my mail 2web hooked up and when i need to hard reset i got a folder on my storage card with all my current up to date program so i just install andim good to go

thats the problem.my computer doesn't see the phone now.I even tried the steps like if i was locked in boot loader screen.that exe didn't work said usb not detected or connected.went under task manager and i didn't see it for a process.

thank good for soft keys for hard resetting.that fixed it to booting again.

kk so know that its botting dont try installing your sprite backup cause you know thats gunna give you problems

when the get the BSOD (blue screen of death) than you bricked it. but if you have this happen to you again press the camera and power button while do a soft reset and that will manually put the phone into bootloader mode so you can reflash a rom.

I think its cause i double tapped the sprite backup when i went to restore.so it launched twice....also the lg parsa bar had something to do with it as well.the space2 had it wacked.

i just restored now.it worked.that side bar spacer through it for a loop.lol.
