Texting Prob.
 

ok i just added texting to my touch the other day and havnt used it. until today i tried to so i went to start/programs/messaging like it told me to in the book but the text button isnt in there. my email is the only icons in there i was wondering if there was another way for me to send text messages or if there was a way to get the text icon in there? thanks

much easier way on the home plugin the one with the big clock above the 5 tabs you will see 3 lil ones-

far left-email
middle- text messages yellow
right-missed calles

just click on the middle one and that will bing you right to it.

i tried that but when i click on the middle one it brings me to the messaging section and it just shows me my email accounts. :(

you should always have text messages stock for the shit and all so i have no clue i would try to back up the ocntacts and perform a hard reset.

aight sorry there doesnt seem to be any other options i have looked all over the web and the only thing thaty they have came up with was the same as me and that was a hard reset.... your one of frw people that have seen this problem.

hey dash i did the hard reset and it worked. i figured i'd tell ya just in case u do get someone else askin about the same prob. thanks for the help
