Phone is saying theres no room on my 2 gig SC
 

Theres 1.2 gigs left.
Called sprint they said to go to a sprint store and do a ##rt10 reset.
Does this sound right?.
Cannot ad music into the storage card sprint says its a softwear problem.
Should i do the softwear reset or is there a fix?

well the way that they told you is the only way that i know that it can be done. 5the touch is known to have storage card problems like that.... you can add music onto the card manually if you have the adapter and the outlet on the computer you can put them on their manually but thats the only way without the fix. this is a known problem with the touch and is supposed to be fixed in the next rom update that they are releasing for the phone....

aight thats the only way without going in that i have been able to come up with and all. hopefully the new rom update will fix all of that when it comes out that is if ever lol.
