TCPMP wont play movie

I recently downloaded I Am Legend and it plays on fine on WMP but when I try playing it on TCPMP it says "MPEG4 AAC Audio decoder not included! It was removed from the official install package because of intellectual property consederations". I'm wondering if I need a codec for this and if so where can I get it or if there is a better video player out there. I did a search for this but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. If someone can help me out I'd highly appreciate it.

Thanks!

huh not a movie watcher on my phone the best one that i have heard of is TCPMP as you said that you tried. ill let someone else jump in on this that watched movies on their phones otherwise i would have to say that you are just going to have to go fullscreen and watch it on WMP.

Re: TCPMP wont play movie

If you get the error message in TCPMP that the AAC codec has been removed then the codec will need to be re-installed. After many days of searching (last month) I found the codecs I was looking for. I found the following codec installations:

AAC
AC3
ASAP
FAC
MPEG
SPEEX

I will try to get them posted shortly. I am new to the site so it may take me a day or so to figure it out. Just know that you should be able to google TCPMP AAC codec if you need it before I can post it.

I have DLL files to fix lots of wmv playback and you probably need to adjust some settings to get rid of the chop. www.ytpocket.com on your phone and you can download the latest TCPMP and Flash bundle CAB files.

do you know if you have the latest one? which is 1.07 i think, i saw it somewhere in the forums. i got 1.05 and i'm pretty sure it plays that codec.
if you have tcpmp core that might be the problem, because i have it installed too, and that doesen't play it, but 1.05 plays it just fine.
