when i click on install (dont know what it installs if its the theme dont know where it put it at) but anyways when i click on attached files a internet explorer window pops up loads a blank page but no download box.please re-up if thats the problem

thanxs i tryed hitting the rep button but it says u must spread some rep around before giving it to dash again. thats kinda dumb tho shouldnt be a limt thats tho
