Download Instructions: Just extract the rar file. Run cab file to install the app and then replace original picselbrowser.exe with the one you will find in the rar.file. I have tested and its works perfectly. I have found this application in a chinese forum.

when i try to run the program it says "picsel browser is not licensed for this device and will now close"....any ideas on what i can do to correct this?..soft reset already done as well as un/re install...

where are you trying to acsess it from, the cube or the programs list/start menu, soft button or the htc home plugin let me no

Its works for everyone dont click the piscel icon in the programs list from the start menu that will give u the error msg. In the .rar it came with a .cab and a .exe install the cab and go back into your file explorer and find the original .exe form the .rar and it works...

When you say to replace the .exe...how do you do that? Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this.

In the instructions you said, " then replace original picselbrowser.exe with the one you will find in the rar.file".

h ok my bad just drag over and when it asks if you want to overwrite choose yes. you have to find where the exe file is though.

hey...i have a couple questions regarding this program...first of all...does pieplus speed up the picsel app cuz it doesnt seem to b as fast a my regular internet explorer with pieplus...secondly...can you run picsel and pieplus(reg pocket internet explorer) concurrently...and thirdly...i dont really do alot of downloading from the internet and i know you can use picsel to download so is there a way to map picsel to the internet hard button????

1. ummmm no the more applications especially ram hogging ones like vrowsers will slow the phone and the data connection down....... so it s always to only run one browser.
2. yesh you can run picsel and pirplus at the same time but with alot minimal speeds....
3. no the internet hard button gets verwritten by pie only that i know f. you can always get rid of the stock ie button and replace it with the picsel button.

ok well i am trying to install this right now but it will not work i get the same error message guy before me got. i dont really understand your instructions. This is what i did. I downloaded the rar. then i unzipped it. i got one exe and a cab file. when i try to run the exe from my pc it doesnt work. so i just put the cab into my phone and ran the cab instead of the exe. But I still get the erro message. what am i doing wrong?

install the cab file. than connect to activesync. than take the loose exe file and drag that to the folder on your phone that has the exe file for the program. it will ask you to overwrite and say yes than soft reset and use the browser

do a quick search to find the older versions. and this does work you have to overwrite the original exe after install with the cracked one in the zip folder.

I downloaded the Picsel Browser v1.2 in my phone and it was working and everything , but i personally didn't like it... so i took it off,
But now when i turn my phone on i always get this message

Notification Error
Cannot execute
\Windows\picselbrowser.exe.

Could you help me with this?
Its getting pretty annoying its everytime i turn my phone on .... box pops up and gives me that message.
Anything that you can do would be appreciated

delete all files associated with the program from the program files folder and the windows folder.

Dash, Im getting the same thing he is, except mines is in a different file location. But that location doesn't exist anymore on my phone anymore. I used Removed Programs to get rid of Picsel, and I don't see any files related to it on my phone. Any more ideas?

My error is Program Files\Picsel\Browser\picselbrowser.exe

i searched for picsel on my phone and found nothing.

I used to have the licence issue or cannot execute but i found the solution, if its the same one that i downloaded there should be a exe file with the icon included in the zip, that is the launch point to prevent that from happening, just go to 9y device/windows/start menu/programs folder, delete the current picsel icon and replace with the one included in the zip, so you can launch it without problems and not having to go to file explorer to open, hope this helps

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, myself and I believe the guy before me are trying to remove the program, but we are receiving this error after removal. It worked fine when I installed it.

I went to check in the location you described, but I don't have anything picsel related there either.

make sure that under program files there is no traces asnd also under the windows folder.

hmmm i never had that problem when i uninstalled...but if the error pops up when you turn the phone on then i think you should search in the startup folder to see if there is anything there that belongs to picsel, if not then a hard reset is due...

Yeah, I was hoping not to have to hard reset. Just got the phone to how I like it. Though it won't be that hard to get stuff back since everything is mostly from Dashs list of mods.

Before I hard reset, where can I find the files that are installed during the CAB installation so that I can see what's left?

Hey, I just noticed that it comes up when I am texted by someone. Im using Vito SMS Chat. Any connection?

on the most part it should be in program files, in the device or storage card, depending where its installed, but some traces can be found in the windows folder or startup depending on what kind of application it is

I got the same error....But I got it to work now...the download has a cab and an exe file...you install the cab and then you drag and drop the exe file into the same file the browser is in and it will say file already exist do you want to replase it and say yes....your dont exit out and click on the icon.....Now you have the Picsel Browser v1.2 working :o) Hope that made sense...its late lol
