New HTC Touch User
 

Just traded in the old Nokia Tablet for an HTC Touch (Sprint).

So far I am really enjoying it, but I have not even scratched the surface on customizing.

I am hoping to learn a lot here.

first off welcome and you came to the right place. we can do almosty anything imaginable to your touch to make you the envy of your hood.

I've gotten a lot done today.

Installed:
Swcked Pocket Plus and Phone Suite (and configured them to my liking)
Last.fm mobile
Tcpmp
Vtap

I also got a ton of media playable on the Touch as well as HOSED my Exchange Server setup.

I'll live w/o work email on my phone until I get to the office on Monday since my contact in IT was baffled by the issue I created. I was baffled by it as well :)

do a quick search for free direct push email and you can forward all your email to the mail2web account and than have them show up on your phone seconds after they arrive. and glad to hear that you got a role on the things. you iwll find more and more to do to the phone and you will grow to love modding it out,

You start modding because the mods add fun or usefull features, but you'll keep modding because it is fun in itself. I'm ruined I'll never go back.

Yeah, I get free push by using sprint's mobile email since I host my personal email domain through Yahoo.

My corporate email is very locked down though and has to go through the proper channels. Believe me, I will be right over his shoulder tomorrow when he fixes my phone exactly what to do next time.
