* Just to verify you copy these three files over to your device:
* Biotouch.exe
* APLauncher.exe
* CustAPLauncher.exe
* If you have trouble overwriting these files you can rename the originals (ex: Biotouch2.exe) and place the new Biotouch.exe in its place.

After all 3 custom files are on device

* do a soft reset
* when your phone is back up just do an upward swipe and you should see MacFlo.

this is obviously an amateur question - how do i Copy all three files in the folder to my \Windows directory. I am using syncmate for mac to load files to my ppc. does this limit where i can put files?

these dont go in your windows folder. these are cab files. these can be installed ot the storage card and than double clicked and than you iwll be straight. when it asks install to the main memory.

I wasn't referring to the cab files. I was making reference to these files that need to be put on the phone.
* Biotouch.exe
* APLauncher.exe
* CustAPLauncher.exe

I was able to get them onto my phone, and put them into the windows/ directory and removed the original files like it said. But when I reset it's still just the regular cube. Am I doing something wrong?

ok if you installed both apps and followed the directions from post one and installed into the windows folder. get resco file explorer and than once you do get it all you have to do is overwrite the files and when it asks you to overwrite say yes. and thnan soft reset and you will be golden .

I dont see Windows Directory on my phone im looking under file exploer/my device/ then windows can any one help

That is the directory!! My device/windows. Drop whatever you need in the windows folder!! Make sure u have the pc set to "view hidden files and folders". You can do that by going to tools then options in the windows explorer!

Yo Dash I got this to work on the mogul but there is no pictures on the Slabs. They are just blank bu if I click on them they work. Any help??oh yeah now that I understand this great sitte, no need to google stuff where they might only have it at moddaaco or ppcgeeks and have to register. You guys have everything here that I can think of and the best part free.

you install the stuff correctly. cause when i did on a customers phone it worked fine.... you could try to reinstall and all but that would be my only guess that you are missing an install file or you need to soft reset and see what that does.

yo dash....maybe the problem is that i installed everything on the storage card...maybe itonly works installing it to the phone

Damn. ..something is wired with my Mogul. Now when I install it to the device it still has problems but different one. When I slide my finger up, I get the normal cube where it says audio, pics, vids....then I slide my finger to the right and I get the favorite people but with the mac aube theme and then I slide it again and I get Internet, inbox and some other stuff.

huh try to uninstall just the mac cube part and reinstall i installed on a customers phone before i flashed and it worked fine without problems..... no clue why it wouldnt be working correctly for you.

I think where i messing up is in the last part where u have to put those 3 files(biotouch.exe,applauncher, and custumapplauncher) in the windows directory. I dont think I know how to do it correctly. I have resco file explorer and the regisry add in too. Am I doing it right, This is what im doing: First Igetthe files on my phone and have them in the storage card. Then I select them and select MOVE TO using resco explorer. Then I just movew it to the Windows folder. Am i doing it right?Also, every time I soft reset i get 2 errors saying: "the file MEDIAHUBMINI cannot be opened blablablabla.and QuickDial cannot be oppened blablablabla. I dont know. Help me dash

yeah you are doing it correctly but do you have the touch flo inastalled also will be the other cab file besides the mac one. you need that to run the tiouchflo since the mac interface is basically just a skin

Hey Dash. I got it up and running but I'm having the same problem as most; no pics. But my thing is, the ExtraCabs aren't working for me. By that I mean that when I try to open the zipped file it says "corrupt or unknown file" and shows nothin in the folder. Any suggestions? Or maybe could you re-up that file. Is anyone else havin that problem?

I downloaded the file and got all the zip files. I can unzip on pc but when I try to transfer to mobile pc they will not paste. Also when I click on folders on mobile pc it comes up with wait icon and then does nothing?

it should i have installed with many others and have had no problems... make sure that you are using the link and not the attachments to download.

Everytime I try to open extra cabs it says file is corrupt and won't open.

When I try downloading extra cabs to my cpu i get an error saying these files are corrupted. Any suggestion.

huh no clue why just downloaded and had no problems with extracting the files...... check your settings through winzip or winrar whichever you use.

I even tried to open it at my work computer through winzip and it won't open. It still says corrupted file. I even took the block off under properties. Is there another way that I can get these files? Thanks

thats summtin on your side i jsut tried again and having no troubles and have tried on 3 computers at my house and 4 in the library at work so i know it works.

Greetings Dash....
I installed the Macflo and followed the instructions, things seem to work but my Mogul goes back to the stock Today screen when i do a sweep up motion when i sweep back down it will show brefly the large clock screen then goes to the cube screens, but when i sweep up it will again show the large clock screen and then go to my stock Today??? what did i do wrong???

jsut the way that it works the creator muiicman i believe from ppcgeeks wanted it that way to show the quick glimpse of the stock screen and than the same with closing.

having trouble downloading the extra cabs zip file. .i get an error that says file has ended unexpectedly.. can any one help or give me another link to the same files....

huh no clue why that would be have you tried a quick uninstall and a reinstall of the macflo image cab?????? if not try that and tell me how thaqt goes after a soft reset.

I used your rapidshare link and everything worked fine, but the ExtraCabs. I got the zip file in the download, but it wouldn't let me open it. I was getting errors. Also I am having the same issues with the missing programs on the Macflo Cube and problems with the old cube shoming up. Could it be from the lack of the extracab files that the one other guy and me are having these problems?

i just installed yesterday and works fine .... if you have a touch its not going ot work since this is for mogul .

Hello,

First off, Great place you have here. :) I'm having issues with the ExtraCABS.zip also. When i try to extract, says: unknown file type or damaged file. The rest of the files in the main zip worked fine.

Hey guys, dont know if im doing something wrong but, i was able to run the cube then installed mcflo, i didnt have problems copying and pasting the 3 files to windows using resco and i click overwrite on the 3 files then i did a soft reset. when i got on the today screen and slide my finger up, it'll show the cube part then the mcflo but the slabs wont work, the part with the contacts are still there but looks messed up and it only goes 3 turns, its suppose to have like 5 right? any help would do. thanks in advance.:40:

what phone and rom.... if your running wm 6.1 it wont work on there..... the cube was made for the wm6.

i have wm6 and the rom is the updated rom that i got from the htc site. i even tried doing the hard reset so that the memory would be clean and just uploaded resco, cube and mcflo and still same thing. the it shows the backgroud and the slabs but no apps on the slabs and just go 3 times the contacts the first slab and then the 3 things(music,photo,video) i mean im ok with the cube itself but it would be nice if i could get the mcflo to work aswell.

well sounds like your not installing correctly....... make sure you are installing all the files for the cube sounds like your misssing something......

no problem there is no cube woking correctly with 6.1 at this time besides musicflo which is but isnt a cube.
