you can try this on the touch not guarnteed to work but give her a shot and report back to us how this goes for you.

Will increase the speed at which your internet running and the rate the pages download , you will notice a huge difference it is worth it...... You'll need regeristy editor to do it. Pretty simple Dash has step by step instructions in the link.
