This is the thread for nueROM 2.0, based on WM 6.1 OFFICIAL release.

**Known issues:

wats the diff between this and build 5046
omg im tired of updating cause my contacts dont sync for some reason to active synce.
is there another way i can save my contacts

The difference is stated in the log in the post above...Make sure for activesync you have the box unchecked in the settings on your phone...You also need to establish a relationship between pc and ppc again works for me every time.

when you go to activesync on your phone make sure when you click sync you choose contacts check box.

There is no readme file on how to get this installed. do we just Install it from the EXE and furthermore, is there a way to back up your OS on the current Phone any software that makes an image of the phone.?

you have to unlock your phone first.If your not sure how to do this or aren't familiar i wouldn't attempt it till you read up some more on the procedure.to run you run the ruu. which is in the folder.Keep in mind unlocking your phone will void your warranty.Also sprint cs will not offer support for a custom rom.You can always relock phone later and they shouldn't be the wiser.but there is no guarantee.Keep in mind these are processes that take time as well as knowledge.

, just switch the .nbh file to the one in this thread. BUTnote that you must first have the sprint beta rom on your device (which you might, but youd prolly know if you did) or it wont work. if you look through that thread youll find exactly where to get it.

Sprint Beta rom 3.16 correct?

- I was looking through your forums and found out about it.

Right now I am at 2.17 Sprint Rom. I have already unlocked the phone with Titan Unlocker, and used the titan_exitbl.exe to get rid of the red,blue,white screen, but I have not applied any new roms to it. So first step would be is to install the 3.16 then update to WM6.1 correct?

for the sprint beta 3.16 you have to be locked...i am unlocked cause im running no2chems above which is wm 6.1...there 2 different os systems

These are the files i found to install 3.16.. so I don't know which to use.

On one of them it requries that you unlock your phone.

RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3_1_.16.651.0_435009_RS3_27_0 0_SPCS_NV124.zip is stock sprint beta leak....this your phone needs to be locked.....for dcd's or no2chems rom. you have to be unlocked....also sprints is wm6.0 as no2's and dcd's are wm6.1..

besides wm6.1 no2's and dcd's are custom roms.like no2's (what i use) is basically just the os...not to much extra added in.Which is good if you want room and to know whats on your device.

right but you have to use the titan relocker now to flash to 3.16 first and than unlock the phone again and flash to this rom.

is this rom stable? i've tried all dcd's new roms but they werent stable roms at all i had to downgrade to dcd's 2.2.0 (stable rom).....

This scares me a bit "FLASHING THIS ROM MAY/WILL RUIN YOUR DEVICE".

I have an HTC PPC-6800 from Alltel with Alltel cellular service. Does anyone
have experience with this build and the phone and service through Alltel?

i flashed it on my mogul no issues..Been flashing builds since 4025..thats alot.lol. I do recall no2chem saying that it could be done.I think you will need your prl.Also some things will show sprint like startup screen.If it gets to complicated.DcD makes a wm6.1 version for all carriers.just search for it.hope this helps

when i do this rom
and then do swcked backup
it seems like i just went back into the previous build
bnecuase in the settingg im missin the 3 new icons that come with build 5047
like a nueex rom
any help how to get this rom and do swcked backup but keep this built

when you are restoring and backing up stuff you are doing complete so it converts back to the old rom . you can nly back u certian things when flashing like your data numbrs etc not anything from the registry.
