help with contacts

I REALLY NEED HELP
my contacts never synce with my active sync
i dont know why i always get an error message
even microsoft didnt no what it was
i tried uninstalling and installing again no help.
if there a different way i can store my contacts
please

yes you can store them with mail2web do a search on the site for the tutorial on it
