Overview: [9th june]WisBar Advance Desktop replaces your existing Today screen. Using WisBar Advance Desktop, you can create shortcuts, system meters, floating windows and virtual pages to extend the functionality of your PocketPC.

WisBar Advance Desktop also supports most existing Today plugins. You can arrange them on multiple pages in order to maximize their usefullness (the plugin must support user-defined heights).

Enhancements

When using the "Adjust Position" dialog, the taskbar will remain hidden if the current virtual page is set up as fullscreen.
Made an adjustment to increase the update times of the the appointment and task text objects.
Bugs Fixed

Fixed a crash that occurred when closing the program.
Fixed a bug where docks would disappear from button and text actions.
Fixed a small memory leak caused by switching virtual pages.
Made a change to the loading of Today plugins.
Improved the updating of the unread message count text objects.
Made a change to the installer to correctly uninstall the "wakeup.exe" notification.
When switching back to the firstpage, the program will now wait up to 10 seconds for a storage card to be mounted (if the wallpaper exists on a storage card).
Fixed a bug where changing the wallpaper could crash the system.
Fixed a bug where a blank text object could slow down the program significantly and caused plugins to stop functioning.

ok i downloaded this on my phone and when i try starting it i get a blue screen. any suggestions? and and i have wiindows mobile 6. i searched and couldnt find one for windows mobile 6 so i went with this 1. any help please.

you got to set it up with a wisbar theme..... go to the lakeridge forumsd they have many there.

yeah its compatible, they also got beta versions of desktop 2 which can be found @ lakeridge softwares

For some reason the beta version is not on the lakeridge site anymore but they have it here: http://fun4pda.tistory.com/79 Itz only good till the end of August though.

Ok well i'm trying to get rid of this program but i keep gettin this pop up box after everythings all said and done "removed", that says "Notification Error - Cannot execute \program files\lakeridge\wisbar advance desktop\wakeup.exe"... I've redownloaded and removed the program three times and still no luck... I went into registry\software\lakeridge and deleted the folder, theres nothing in my startup either, so wtf is goin on here... anyone care to share? i just want this program off my phone 100%... thanx

look for the file it mentioned in the windows folder... i guarntee that it is in there.

hmmm naa man... its not in windows, startup, or in the program files on my phone... i've done several searches and can't find it, and even in the registry i've searched for it and nothin came up.... this is gay....

ive read somewhere that i think this has like a memory leak or something and some major bug. is this true. and can anyone tell how it runs on teh mogul?

its fine its just takes a lot of space up on the phone. and the mogul doesnt have enough ram to run this quick enough.

He Das I have the mogul, i dowloaded the wm5 version and it says I need registration code. Ive read the posting for the ultimate vista and the person who had it worked had this version for the desktop.

if you donwlaod just the cab where it says click here than you have to use one of the other ones and that will include what you need for the key.

I just click verify and then ok and it said it wus installed successfully. It had two option the trial or the verification. U think itll back fire on me and end the trial in a couple of days

i already told you what to do... you have to download the first links not where it says click here for the cab......thanyou willl have the keygen or the serial included in the zip....

ok I've downloaded this wad but have not uploaded it yet. is this wad better to use for the vista ultimate them or is dash`s wad v2 better¿ because I can't with dash`s wad v2 get the theme folder I need in active sync. or do I have to register it¿ because with urs u havee the activation code and his doesn't. so coders could u explane witch 1 I need to use.

ok i downloaded the file and when i try to run this it tells me "wisbar desktop is not a valid pocket pc application." what am i doing wrong? i have a mogul 6800 im running the 3.56 rom i have wisbar 3.3 build1 im trying to get the ultimate vista theme ny help is appreciate cuz i tried to wad2 but i dont get the theme folder to pull the files to wisbar

you have to install the exe file from the computer and not the phone.
