Active Sync issues
 

Ok everything was fine I kould sync up until a week ago I uninstalled it from my pc then re-installed it with no such luck , my phone still charges thru usb it just wont connect!~ any suggestions?

if you have an e tmail account hooked uphrough activesync, try unplugging your phone, closing activesync on your phone if it is open and then reconnect the phone should connect just fine.

how the hell are we supposed to know lmao... we need a lil more info... are you using activesync or mobile device center? what phone asre you using? you have firewalls in place or a virus scan? does the mouse work at ll even if you give it time to load?

when I connect my phone to my pc using the usb cable and it connects to active sync my mouse freezes. the keyboards fine be the mouse wont move. the instant I disconnect the phone the mouse unfreezes.

sax that is where your phone is actually connecting to active sync. its like connecting to the internet except when active goes through it reads EVERY file in your computer as fast as it can causing it to freeze.

as for the first issue its a simple solution...

go to active sync from comm manager click on active sync to once the menu is opened click menu on the bottom then connections. after that make sure that the dropdown menu says usb. and make sure the first box is checked. then it should be set to go.
