Does anyone know whether this software enables you to use your own ringtones, or are you forced to utilitize and download ringtones solely from their online library. Any software alternatives out there?

Hi Dash -- methinks you misread my question. I have a ringtone sitting here on my PC. If install the software, it doesn't look like it offers the option to use my ringtone, rather you need to use one of theirs. Is this true? Is there another/more_direct way to install personal ringtones on my Tilt?

Doing it manually is my choice, but I wasn't ready to look into how to do it with the Tilt yet (I've done it with older, non-smartphones before)... then I saw your post of the software, and here we are. :-) Thanks, Dash.

I might have changed the default folder with one of the configuration utilities that I played with. Relevant to sounds, In the my documents folder I have my music, my ringtones, and my voices, but no sounds folder... my current default ringtone is not in any of them, but that's not a big deal, as I can find them. The question is how do you attach a specific sound to a specific contact?
