Change default area code?

I tried searching but couldn't find anything relevant....

Whenever I enter a new phone number it defaults the area code the 425, I remember I had once stumble across the place to change this, but I cannot remember now.

How can I change the default area code? (425 is not my area code)

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I found it lol

Under Contacts click menu (bottom right) then options...
