wifi question
 
I finally got the wmwifirouter program working with the phone as a modem service. My question is, is there any way to reverse engineer a wireless router so that it will work as an access point for the phone? I would like to play ps3 online at a buddies house, and he doesnt have internet... and the ps3 will not work in adhoc mode...

dont think so and the speeds would be sooo laggy that it wouldnt even be fun.

with the speed tests on my laptop i am getting about 500k/200k per second, i think that would run a ps3 reletively well, oh yeah, i found out that phone as a modem is free for the radioshack employee plan as well! this is awsome that I can use my laptop anywhere!

lucky you no pdanet needed i wish i could say that but dont work at radio shack....

WMWifiRouter doesnt charge you the 40 bucks am i correct?

correct...there is no charge for WMwifirouter, provided you have unlimitted data that is
