new rom vs custom clean rom
 

hey guys. I just downloaded the new official rom. im trying to figure out if I should use the new sprint radio and a clean rom. I like the official rom but there are programs music store, office mobile, etc that I don't use. is it worth it using a clean rom or keeping the official? thanks.

You should check out DASH's official ROM review and you will see in the end the NEW rom is better to use at the moment, although some people are still using the new 5055 rom.... Personal preference! I running new rom! LOVE IT

since release off 4055 no2chem rom...which is based off the official new sprint release...I have 22mb after fresh install.....after full install of all my programs i sit at around 18mb....I personally feel no2chem has made the best rom ever...I would say 55 is better now then sprints....just as fast plus wm 6.1 with threaded sms.....Trust me I am very picky when it comes to stability and performance....55 has it all..

i just did a customers phone in 6.1 build 4055 with rev a last night and dinked around with it a lil and the gps fix isnt as quick s the stock, for me the speed is the same when navigating and opening an di already have a threaded sms app even though it would be nice to get picture mail.... ill prolly try to do the upgrade after a few more releases by no2chem so he can get all the new rom bugs built out in his customs.

lol jew was already running 6.0..he was being a smart a** calling me dash...lmao....
