My Touch isn't touching
 

If anyone else is having this problem or has had this problem please help me. My touch screen isn't touching. Nothing is working, I can't receive or make any calls. I called sprint and there is basically nothing they can do!

Did you try a soft reset, and if that didn't work try a hard reset. Beware that when you do a hard reset you will lose everything and it will return to original factory settings, so either back everything up (including contacts) or be prepared to reinstall everything.

I did. I tried both and still nothing is working

2 things to try...First run a piece of papers edge around the screen boarders under the case...sometimes a small crumb could press on the screen making touch function inoperable...2nd thing if that doesn't work try reflashing factory rom...If neither of these work i would take it back to a local sprint store....
