top bar gone

ok.....is there an app to get rid on the start top bar cuz i have the one for the bottom one and the soft keys work wit out the bar at the bottom and it think it will look better...can anyone help? (if its dash...thanks)

that that i have heard of myself but i have never had an interest in doing it. maby someone else has found a way of doing this..... i know if you get wisbar advance desktop you cna but you iwll be using icons and lose all the stuff on the top task bar period.
