home costumizer and ultimate launch

ok i have the ultimate launch and it works fine. but when i used the hhc home custumiser i cant figure out how to add it to the ultimate launcher. it keeps saying home plugin already active, can someone give me alittle support here please. sorry if this it the wrong section.
