question for bluetooth device
 

I have a motorola dc800 stereo bluetooth adapter, it hooks up to a stereo, so you can use bluetooth on your palm, or mobile device, and send music through it. When I play music through my mogul, it gets really choppy, especially at the beginning of the song, and the same thing happened with the touch. It seems to be more of a performance thingy. The wierd thing is that it works perfectly with my palm tungsten e2 (which is no where near the specs of the mogul)....

My question is, is there any programs that could fix this, or any of the reg hacks might do the trick? Or is there any reflash roms for the dc800 like there was for the motorola ht820 bt stereo headphones (which did the same thing until I reflashed it) Thanks in advance!

first make sure you have nothing but the application you need for the blutooth to work that are opend. Secondly make sure you arent to far from the phone and blutooth device.

to improve perforamnce please use the search button and trype performance. download the HTC Performance application that will help improve the phones performance please follow all the instructions on that thread. If this helps please click the thanks button. Also you should have the latest ROM update for the mogul, that fixes alot of bluetooth issues!

tried all of the above, phone is running at 624mhz, phone is about 5 feet away from dc800, and the only apps that i have open are bt, and media player. going to try kaos' **** sprint rom, and some bt reg hacks. hopefully that will do the trick, thanks for the advice though man, all great ideas!

the good news is that just installing kaos' new rom made a big difference, so that I don't have to worry about the reg hacks, the bad news is, that I feel like a dumb ass for taking about 2 hours to install the rom... Ok I r |\|00|3 Thanks for the help guys, +2 cool points for all!

Psycho... im using your latest rom, and am having the same problem with my s9 headset on my mogul.... should i upgrade to his rom?

you could try but make sure to get the headset to connect you have the phone in search mode and the headset in discover mode.
