Pictures/vids not saving
 

I feel like a noob again. This is beginner stuff, but I just discovered that for some reason pics/vids will not save to my storage card ever since I changed to my new one. Everything else works fine with the card. I take the pic and go to review it and all there is is a box with a cross and it says "can not read this jpeg file" The camera automatically saves the pics to the DCIM folder, and I thought maybe if I created a new folder on the card and had it saved to that one it would be ok. But, I can't figure out how to set it to save the new folder. I dont even know if its an option.

Another weird thing is all the old pictures did not transfer to the new card, but still show up when people call. I know I did not save them to the phone, and I also can not find the images through the file explorer at all. Its like they are on the card but hidden saved as hidden files.

Ok, I guess I figured a way around this. I connected my phone to my lap top and explored via active sync. I deleted the existing 'DCIM' folder and made new folder and named the new one the same thing, 'DCIM' And it actually worked.

Question: Can I hit my own rep??? haha
