Blocked sites @ school or work
 

I have a question im sure alot of us wanna know... Thats how can we get to our myspace and other social sites that we all love when we are at work or school or where ever, and they block them.. Is there some kinda way around this block????

well i know at my highschool they used IE as the default explorer that had all the restrictions....what we did is download, firefox, or one of those other browsers and run it....and the restrictions were gone...hope this helps..

that works or you could use a proxy site if thy dont have them blocked also.

Hmmm Ill try downloading another browser app... But tell me about proxy sites?

search google for them and when you type the web address in the free proxy (search for free proxy site) it wil change the ip address and the blocks are than enabled.

v-tunnel.org. there's a whole lot of *-tunnel.org. you can search for a list, but v-tunnel.org is the one i always remember. at my academic center at my school, they have facebook, myspace, and all of those blocked b/c athletes would be on these sites instead of doing work when others would be waiting...lol

I get to Myspace mobile on my Mogul. I can do everything I would normally do. Looks pretty much the same.

i use our works CRM as a proxy for this stuff... cracks me up all the time ill find a new site they block me from and i add it into salesforce.com and boom im freee :) Or ill use aol as a proxy too... they just blocked me from Wckediden.com today but ha it still doesnt stop me....
