do you know what's different from this and the regular stock rom?

its a maintenance release meaning that it is going to be more stable and hasve less of a memory leak would be my guesses since that is what maintenance releases usually consist of on top of a better radio so you get better reception.

weird...i guess because my phone is only about two weeks old but i already had this version of the rom on my phone

weird they might have put it on the phones before they released online even though i havent heard of them ever doing this beofre.

well i went to update and it said like phone information
current rom: v1.19.....
rom update: v1.19.....
so i cancelled it

same thing for me, i sent my phone about 3 weeks ago for repair and they sent me a new one around that time(early april) and i am pretty sure its the same rom...
